  This place is consistently super clean, both inside and out, which really stands out. The staff and overall customer service are amazing, and the main person in charge brings such a positive, uplifting energy that makes the whole experience even better. It’s a comfortable, welcoming spot that I’d easily recommend to anyone. The food is always fresh and delicious, and they’re great about accommodating special requests when ordering. Overall, a solid 5/5 experience—honestly would give 6 stars if I could! (P.S. please bring back hot boxes!)

  Today we ate at the Charleys Cheesesteak in Plum, Pa...food as usual tasted good BUT..this was strictly by luck. The person taking the order and on the register couldn't hardly speak or read English. Even after us pointing to sandwich choice of ingredients on a wall chart right next to the register 4 or 5 times..the sandwich order was still put out us incorrectly. This location was always a great place to eat & enjoy..but based on today's events..I would have to know of a major change here at this location before we go back. This makes me wonder of the success of this Charleys Cheesesteak location in the future.
