Gabriel at Seven Brew is honestly a whole vibe. From the second you pull up, he brings this bright, offbeat energy that just makes your day feel lighter. He’s incredibly sweet, genuinely kind, and you can tell he actually cares about the people he’s serving, not just getting through the line. There’s something a little eccentric about him in the best way, like he’s unapologetically himself, and it makes the whole experience feel more human and memorable.
Great drinks are expected, but Gabriel? He’s the reason you come back.
I honestly never write reviews but today I came in and the line long was really long. Me and my husband were waiting for a long time for our drinks-But when we were given our order the girl giving us our drinks was so kind. We talked about how it was her junior high school prom that day and went on to talk to me and my husband being very respectful to the both of us. He is a diabetic and she made SURE 100% that his drink was suger free.( she was the only person that was handing out all the drinks) and she still made us feel like we were a delight to be there. It would have been easy for her to go inside and talk to everyone else but she chose to stay outside and have a meaningful conversation which made me feel like more than a plan customer. It’s really rare to come across someone who is kind and respectful. (the drinks were also very good)- worth the wait.
Went there and got behind the car that was there before me. There was 5 of us in the drive thru. The female employee was waiting on one car and the male worker was waiting on one, leaving 2 vehicles in front of me and 1 that had just pulled in behind me. The female employee sent me and the guy in front of me to the other lane instead of keeping us in order and taking his order next. She went and took the vehicle that came in behind me before both of us that were there before her. The car that came after me was long gone before me and the guy in front of me got our drinks! What kind of system is that?! Then when I brought it to her attention she (I'm a nice voice) argued with me about the situation. As I pulled away, my daughter saw her go to her coworker and start talking about me and the situation. I then pulled up to where you get your drinks. The young blonde employee, very professional (I give her 5 stars), listened to my complaint about the situation and even gave 2 coupons for future drinks. She asked if I wanted to speak to the manager as well, which I declined. Unfortunately the way they move the traffic around and take cars orders that come in after other cars that were already there will prevent me from returning. I hope they come up with a better system, one that's fair. It's definitely an overrated place.
I like to give the benefit of the doubt when a location just opened if I have a less than expected experience, but I've been here twice now and threw both drinks away before even finishing them. I got a 7 energy with coconut, strawberry and watermelon that tasted like very underwhelming seltzer water (I didn't indicate how sweet I wanted it because I had no idea that was even part of ordering and the employee didn't ask). Not to mention it took a good 25 minutes to get to the pickup window and it wasn't necessarily busy. Wanted to give an iced latte a try, I ordered a creme brulee latte with oat milk and caramel drizzle, again it tasted like slightly sweetened oat milk with ice, I tasted no coffee and got no caramel drizzle. The employees are friendly, but I struggle to understand why a place that solely sells drinks and not food is unable to have a more efficiant process. They're not short staffed, and with the price of these drinks being 7+ dollars, I expected better.

I don’t understand the bad reviews on here. This location has been open for less than a month and everyone has been sooo pumped about it, so no wonder it takes a while to get your order - the lines are super long because the demand is HIGH and the staff is just getting acquainted with the system and the volume. Everyone knew this place was going to be CRAZY for a while when they opened. Give them a little grace, time, and patience or don’t go until the hype dies down 🤦🏻♀️. certain times of day are busier than others, but when they’re slower, they move fast. The staff is always super friendly and upbeat, even on busy and hot days (many people said they’re miserable and distracted, but I’ve never had that experience and I’m a regular already)
They play awesome music! Always with the throwbacks. I end up turning my music/audiobook off because something they’re playing catches my attention and I want to jam along!
Again all the staff I’ve come across has been super kind and accommodating, but I want to shout out Abby! She is super friendly and lighthearted, always seeming happy to be there no matter the conditions they’re working in.
