  Horrible wait times. Needs better customer service. Has always been this way. New DQ isn’t better.

  We ordered 2 strawberry cheesecake blizzards. The top 5% of each blizzard had 3 or 4 berry pieces, and the remaining 95% had plain vanilla ice cream! Definitely it was a ripoff! Won't be going there again in Plains, PA. When we called and told them about it, nothing was done. And my answer to your reply is "No, never again will I visit your store on Rt 315 Plains Pa, only the one in Kingston! "You are ripping people off and not giving them what they paid for!"

  If you're told you can swap out a small milkshake drink with a soda if you don't like it, don't believe it. I don't think I was intentionally scammed, but it was a bummer to be told straight up by the manager (and not the initial dude at the register) that I in fact could not swap out and get a fountain drink.

  I love this place I always go once a month you guys should add a catering option to this location and be on ezcater so people could order catering from this location thank u and please hopefully soon would love to see this location on ez cater
