We got the delivery and the pizza did not have banana peppers on it. We called, they said they would remake the pizza and send it out shortly, and to not touch the pizza that was here and the delivery driver would take it back to the store. No problem. After waiting for 2 HOURS! we finally called and asked where the pizza was. They said the delivery driver went home for the night and they weren't going to remake our food or give us a refund for the order and to call back once again the next day to have the order remade. So today we called and they REFUSED to refund the order or remake it and to call the customer service for a refund. They were extremely rude, will NEVER order from there again. After we WAITED ALL NIGHT thinking our food was being remade and delivered. Disgusting customer service. If I'm paying $22 for a pizza I expect there to be everything that I paid for to be on it. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
