I had to ask for cups for the fountain soda machine. I also ordered a coffee and milkshake. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I observed at least two employees just standing around on there phones, I had to get their attention and request them to make my drinks. A few minutes later I received the coffee, but not the milkshake. I asked one more time and finally received everything I ordered. This is a management fail... I will give them the benefit of the doubt for about half of the time I waited because it was busy, but to see at least three other families dealing with issues as well wasn't comforting. Please do better!
