    Horribly rude staff, I mean why even bother doing a customer service job if you’re going to be condescending to customers for no apparent reason. We ordered two spicy chicken burgers and the employee tells us they don’t sell burgers. We repeat we want the spicy chicken burger or sandwich that’s clearly on the menu. They then rudely say “oh you want the spicy chicken sandwich, why not just say that”. We did!!! And then a rude send off of the actual food with zero acknowledgement. I get this isn’t the most exciting job out there but customers shouldn’t have to experience your frustrations. Despite that, our burgers were made fresh and tasted great so no complaints there.

    I went through the drive thru and whoever took my order was not pleasant at all. You could tell they did not want to take my order; I wanted to add one more item onto my order as he was telling me to pull up to the next window and didn’t even tell me the total. When I got to the window to pay he didn’t even offer me my receipt after payment or even acknowledge me as a customer. Service was not what it should be. I work in the food industry and I get it, but that was just an overall awful experience. No thank you. 🙅🏼‍♀️

    I went to this Wendy's last week. Went in to order a burger. I felt like I was walking into a concert. There was 4 bags on the counter waiting for pickup. A guy came out from the kitchen. Didn't care I was standing at the counter. He was more concerned to go out to smoke. As I waited. He came in and took one of the bags off the counter. Seen him biting into a burger I left never will I go back. Place is disgusting
