  Lobby closed at 2:00 in the middle of the day due to a staffing shortage. Entire dining room was extremely dirty. If the business is truly as understaffed as they claim it should just shutdown until they can get the adequate number of workers.The franchise owner or manager needs to do better.

  Food took forever and came out cold. Bathrooms were disgusting and trashcans were overflowing. Nasty stuff wouldn’t recommend it.

  The owner needs to close down, these people clearly don’t appreciate their jobs. Is the owner hiring random people off the street?? Because why is my order wrong EVERY TIME? and I can never get any sauces with my nuggets. I’m starting to think these employees are either too lazy to do their job or they just too lazy to do their job and can’t comprehend orders. Yeah, I’m that upset. I will leave a review every time my order gets wrong. Thank you, Management 💋

  people working there is the only positive. food is getting too expensive for Wendys to charge top dollar for cold stale food. The dining room was in shambles. No lids napkins or condiments. You are lucky that people are too stubborn to demand a refund.
