And this is probably the worst run Wendy's I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot of them since I get a Wendy's Frosty keychain every year. Anyway, tonight they were particularly mean and racist so I have to bring that up to the general public. I think they started closing while I was still in line behind other people and when I got to the speaker, they acted like they were still open and made me wait 10 minutes to order. Then after taking my order, they made me wait another 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I pulled up to the window to check in on them and I could see them inside. I waited another 10 minutes while they actively ignored me clearly visible outside the window before I politely honked once which they still ignored. So now I've been there 30 minutes waiting for my food and I finally started yelling, "Hello? Are you going to make my food?" And then they cursed me out and told me that they were already closed. What is the point of this? Did they refuse me service because I'm a minority and an immigrant? Did they waste my time at the end of closing because they think it's some sort of funny game? In any case, this is highly disappointing and I'm going to report it to corporate.

I don’t get fast food often, came with 2 other people in the car. We pulled up to the drive thru, its completely empty. One voice kindly asks what she can get us and I say I just need a second to look at the menu thank you, she said sure no problem. No exaggeration, less than 30 seconds later, a different voice comes on and said “can I help you find something? Because we are on a timer”, so I panicked and started ordering even though we had less than a minute to look at this point. “Okay sorry, can I get a biggie bite with a cheeseburger and chicken sandwich”, she said “you can’t do two sandwiches”. I said “okay then I need a little more time sorry”- I hear a sigh and then the mic cut. I can tell they are annoyed so I just pulled off without ordering. How are you going to rush me when you guys have zero customers, no one else in line, and half your menu board lights are burnt out so I can barely see the items. All of this took place in about a minutes time. If you guys are so worried about numbers for corporate, you’re playing yourself by basically telling customers to hurry up. Now your timer is messed up, you can explain to corporate why that person never ended up ordering, and you got a bad review. Congratulations. A final note for the corporate end of things since I know the employees don’t control the signage- the biggie bite items should say “choice 1” with the sandwiches and “choice 2” with the sides instead of “choose 2” and everything all listed together. It’s misleading.

I ordered and paid on Uber Eats and arrived there to pick up within open hours but the doors are locked and the drive-thru assistant refused to serve me or give me my order because I did not drive there. The conclusion is you may not get your food if you order online and not behave the way they like.
