  I went in to order a to go meal since drive through was busy. I should have done drive through. They prioritize drive through. I order 10 nuggestts, a large fry, and a frosty. I waited over ten minutes. The person who took my order, after taking 5 more, finally asked if I got my order. She then did it in 1 minute. There were three drive through workers who could have done it but didn't. It makes no sense how orders, whether inside or outside, are not put in the order they are received and filled the same way. Total disregard for customers! Not the first "fast food" place to run their business this way.

  I ask for 2 baconators 1 chicken sandwich and 10 piece spicy nugget the lady confirmed my order I was charged for the order and when I get home I see I got this instead of a baconator

  Do better. Ordered food to go, person seemed confused at the counter, didn’t think anything of it. Wendy’s have never screwed up my order this bad so I didn’t check. I will make sure I do next time because this person doesn’t know what they are doing and honestly made me turn away from wanting Wendy’s.

  only one person was wearing gloves everyone was touching things and not one person washed their hands after touching money or anything the food wasnt bad but i had to send it back after it was made wrong
