  uber eats driver here. waited for over an hour to be told to leave and that they were not making the order. wasted time, mileage, and didn't get paid by uber because i had to cancel.

  Have given this place several chances but the order has been wrong every single time Today, I chose to dine in and order directly to make the process as smooth as possible. I was ignored for a while before somebody realized my order had never been started. The food was okay, except one of the items was wrong again. If you find this review inconsistent with your experience and feel you received five star service, go buy a lottery ticket right now

  This night gave me one of the worst experiences at a fast food place I’ve ever had. I consistently have a poor time getting food from here and yet tonight was the straw that broke my back. I worked an 8 hour shift for night crew and hadn’t eaten anything since early morning due to how my day had to play out and my partner did the same. All we wanted was something to eat so we used grubhub and ordered. It took forever to make our order, and then at the end of everything they hand it to the wrong driver. Do they make it again quickly and fix it like at any other place? No, they cancel it entirely because they can’t be bothered. I work in food service, checking the name on a to go order isn’t hard. Today alone I did it 58 times. You caused my partner and I to go hungry, and frankly ruined my night. I dread ever ordering here again.

  Went here after a game at PNC Park and it was genuinely the best taco bell i have ever had in my life. The food was steaming when i opened it, but wasn't too hot to eat. The people were great and food came out very quick. They loaded me up. Love it here

  Ordered on the app for delivery. The app indicated they were making my order for 2 hours. Was never delivered. The DoorDash driver was rude when trying to figure out what was going on with the order. I called and they said they were in the process of making my order and that they were busy. A few minutes after the phone call, the app reverted back to saying the site had received my order. 30 minutes later, the app again said they were making my order. 90 minutes after this, they cancelled my order. No explanation, nothing. A 4 hour waste of time with unhelpful, incompetent people. Save yourself the angst, and pick another one (has had better luck with the one by the waterworks).
