  This Taco Bell is the best. The young lady with the blonde hair that works mornings is so nice and always makes sure everything is correct. The older gentleman who works nights with the best attitude is just as great as well. Food is always great.

  Pulled in at 1230am, I work 3rd shift close by. Pulled into drive thru. Employee told me they were only taking, doordash or internet orders. That was a complete lie. As I Pulled around to leave, she was locking up the door. Closing is at 1am. Not 1230am.

  Less than stellar experience during last visit yesterday. Team member Kylah P mumbles and can’t be heard while ordering, even after politely requesting she repeat her words - no idea if customer is being heard. When you drive around to the window to pay and pickup, she just sticks her hand out of the window for your payment - there's no "hello", she doesn't repeat the total to confirm, she doesn't ask if you need napkins or sauce, no verbal acknowledgement. She hands the drink out and drops it, good thing I'm great at catching. Otherwise, the rest of the team has to do their job and hers....while waiting for my order she just stands there while they put everything together for her and they hand it out the window while she’s looking at her nails. Way more concerned with her appearance, deadpan expression, gives the vibes that she would rather be on the moon rather than here. Incredibly frustrating when there is just no verbal communication, and the very little she did speak is inaudible/incoherent. This position is not a good fit for Kylah and her lack of initiative isn't a good fit for this store, especially since customers never see the same employees twice and good service is often hit or miss.

  Trash, I got the Mexican pizza and it's obvious their oil is rancid, I couldn't eat it. And the size of the beefy five layer burrito was smaller than a can of soda.
