  This place lacks consistency! When I order a burger at McDonalds, it's the same whether I'm in Whitehall or Chicago. Nope, not Panera. One order, my sandwich has no onions, too few, or too many onions. Customization means nothing! Want Kalamata Olives on your salad, out of luck, totally forgot to put them on. Want a baguette, nope, it's 5:30pm on a random Wednesday, they're out. Want a bag of chips, nope, they mistakenly put an apple. It's called QUALITY CONTROL! Frustrating but it's the only local Panera.

  The food is consistently good, but very expensive for what you get. They also have some very woo ideas about ingredients, perpetuating falsehoods about preservatives and GMO ingredients.
