- MTMark Tomko4 days ago1.0Had to go thru Panera drive thru twice because my order was incorrect , Left and surprise no chicken on my salad which was $15.. Kitchen was staffed with high school students and the customer service was terrible . Incompetent employees to say the least!

I asked for a moment to think of my order ( of which it was less than 50 seconds) when I got back to her she ignored me for a good minute. Asked for a steak, egg and cheese sandwich, but I was only given a buttered egg sandwich. Wasted my money. Staff was horrible and order was wrong. I don’t usually do reviews but this encounter really upset me!

Almost $20 for two soufflés and one beverage?! Service was deplorable. To wait that long and you can’t take the time to put food in a box and smile and say hello/good morning? No thank you. I will go to McDonald’s. Awful.

This morning was my 2nd experience with her, and once again, she was very rude. She cut me off when I was just trying to show her my phone to clarify an order, spoke to me in a curt tone, and walked away. Is that how a manager should treat a customer?
