  The latest corporate owners of this business have made their focus putting more sugar in everything. On the upside, some of the previously too small portions of certain things have increased. Some other things have disappeared forevermore... The atmosphere is like a panyera, not really bad, not really good, quiet, unexciting.... The staff are the gemstones of the place, they are great, efficient, helpful, friendly, etc .

  It’s decent for a Panera. One time somebody stole my order but the employees graciously remade my order for me. Prices are pretty outrageous for reheated Sysco food, but this is America.

  Never ever have I a bad experience at Panera Bread, was my first time visiting this one in bakery square! I stop in on Thursday at 6:30am to get cinnamon crunch bagel , I ask if I could order at the counter a nice young woman said yes, however the worker behind the counter was doing and seem to get upset because he had to take my order, I spoke with him very pleasant he ask if I wanted my bagel toast I said yes, he touched the screen with gloves on gave me my total I paid , he went and picked up the bagel with the dirty gloves I immediately ask him to change the gloves I didn’t want it , he changed the gloves then put the bagel in the toaster he tried to pull it before it was done and fell on the floor, he put a second one in and immediately got upset he push the bagel through , I ask for my receipt and put it on the counter I then ask to speak to a manager then I look up and now I was running late. I get all way to work the bagel wasn’t even toasted .the cashier refused to give me his name , very rude , unprofessional . I can’t believe I’m writing a bad review I’m in bakery square every morning and I can’t this happen.

  This location cannot accurately handle large orders. In the last 6-9 months, our work has ordered breakfast/lunch at least 4 times, and not once have we gotten everything in the order. Once they left bread bowls out for 2 people, there's almost never the right amount of chips/bread, modifications get mixed up, drinks get left out. I get that food service is hard, but the mistakes are more consistent than the accuracy. I hope they figure out a better system to manage large orders.
