It really is a joy to stop in for lunch with my husband and not have anyone give us anything but kindness. Highly recommend!

I’m a very frequent customer, so this feedback is based on many visits rather than one isolated experience. My orders are always hit or miss, sometimes they’re fine, but other times they’re completely unacceptable. On March 22, I waited more than 30 minutes for my order, and when I finally received it, the soup was ice cold with barely any noodles or chicken, the sandwich was poorly put together, and the avocado inside was rotten. Unfortunately, this has become a pattern. All too often my orders are either incorrect or the food quality is just poor, and at this point I feel like I’ve wasted so much money here on bad orders. It’s very disappointing to see such a noticeable drop in quality and service, especially since this was always a go-to spot for us.

Every time I place an order here, something goes wrong- orders aren’t ready on time, items are missing ingredients, and even simple things like cup sizes are incorrect. I won’t be returning unless I happen to be in the Settlers Ridge area for other errands.

I waited 10 minutes before I was asked what I was waiting for, then they realized that employees just didn’t make the order. All it was was one bagel. I then waited 10 more minutes for them to slice and toast my bagel. Will not be back.
