Unfortunately they don't check if the bag is fully packed with a complete order, nor can they re deliver. The manager is not accountable for the mistake past a credit, this has occurred multiple times. Would be nice if the team was coached to get the orders correct instead of inconveniencing the customer with half an order that can't be fixed. Disgusting customer service policies, you should have paid to redeliver what you missed in my order. Additionally my salad was missing Cilantro, so the item was not even made correctly!

I got sandwich. 😀

I used the kiosk to order, not one staff member acknowledged me while waiting for my food. Behind the counter the staff talked away, one of them pointing out she knows all the “short cuts”. I can’t help but wonder if the short cuts are what made my family so sick. Will never return.
