  The girls who was supposed to be making my sister’s tuna sandwich were laughing and joking about all the stuff she got on it and the one girl takes her phone out and takes a picture of my sister’s order on the order screen with my sister’s legal name on the order and she posts the picture on her Snapchat and put laughing emojis and said something derogatory as the caption. Did this right in front of my sister and then the girl denied it to her manager. This is the last thing my sister needs. My sister her whole life has been bullied for being different and now this happens. This has never happened to my sister before at any other Panera or any other food place. That girl should be fired. I appreciate Molly though stepping in and making my sister’s sandwich. Molly the Manager is an angel. Thank you Molly.

  Horrible customer service. I stood at the order pick up booth for several minutes waiting for help and management just ignored me. Zetta came over from the sandwiches to help. When my order was ready I went back to the pick up booth to get my order and the other manager ignored me as well as the other workers. I waited again and no one helped me even though I stood over the counter and looked at them directly for help. The other manager is purple walked away and none of the workers came to help. Zetta came over once again and helped me. Very rude staff. Please compensate Zetta for going above and beyond.

  They don't call out your name so you have to stalk the serving bench, they serve it however they want wether you chose here or to go so no point in deciding, and you'll pay $8 for 3 bites of an undercooked sandwich

  They dont serve food on time they make very late even if its not busy worst place to get food

  This place is always clean. Much better than near Magee women's hospital. There is no free parking though and paid parking lot is very limited
