  this location is a joke. i've never had issues in the morning or early afternoon but if you go any other time you will receive the wrong food almost every single time and probably will have waited a very long time for it. for avalon having all these "fast" food places, the are all just as bad on this strip..

  First of all it takes a LOT to get a 1 star from me im usually really understanding but this place has no excuse. There are way too many people working in there for it to be this crap of a place! Quality, service, and overall just low effort on the staffs end. The soft drink was flat, the iced coffee was terrible and basically water, they did not include straws and took a few minutes of us sitting there at the window waiting to ask for them. They didnt include napkins either which ISNT USUALLY a big deal but it just stacks up at this point. The sandwich i got was not properly made/did not include the ingredients that are advertised for 10 bucks for a GD sandwich id expected at least them to add the lettuce but no, the level of incompetence is just gross here. Sorry not sorry. Avoid this place

  They have terrible employees and service,I didn't get all my food,when I called to find out what happened,they hung up on me,spoke to the manager,he didn't do anything to help,don't order from there unless you wanted to b disappointed,the tried to blame the Uber eats driver,they take people's money and don't give you what you pay for,that so called place of business is terrible

  The best folks doing a pretty darn good job taking care of a whole lot of different personalities!! Always correct. And if I have to wait, it's never really not worth it. Ever! Love this place!

  Food was hot..fine Nuggets for my kids happy meal out of the box. Literally opened it at the window because I was given problems my first go around. Open your ears drive thru crew - asked for 2 happy meals. Get 2 only handed 1…my bad for not looking it’s lunch time I was trying to proceed to help out your business. Get to the window only 1 happy meal and I’m like I literally need another, they tell me I have to go around again…like dude your line is so long already and you didn’t listen to me in the first place. 2nd go around - ask for a hi c for my child’s happy meal like I did the first time. Get to the window..unsweet iced tea and proceeded to get attitude when saying no..that’s not what I asked for.
