During that time no one acknowledged me, as employees walking by made sure to avoid eye contact with me. There was several people waiting to order and they were not acknowledged either. Employees seemed to have absolutely no care that customers were standing and wondering what what’s going on.

Waiting for 2 app orders, get one after 30min, then wait almost another 20 for them to remake the other one from a screenshot of it because OOPS they deleted the order. Employees were screaming behind the counter about how annoyed they are. Waste of my time, food was dry as a bone anyway.
