  Put in a mobile order at 9:22 arrived around 9:30 to a store that was closed. We saw 2 girls standing at the counter just standing around laughing. We watched them leave the store at 9:47 when the drive through says open until 11 so I got charged for an order I had no option to pick up

  I had placed an online order, and for some reason, the app had malfunctioned but I was still charged. Thankfully, the staff were super friendly and helpful! Also - they served me the best Big Mac I may have ever had. (no pickle, light sauce, extra patty). Thank you guys! I appreciate you!

  Sitting in McDonald's waiting for 20 minutes for just adequate food because...they won't hire humans anymore? That's after leaving the drive-thru that wasn't moving. No humans at the counter to take my order. Needed to use the kiosk that kept trying to upsell me and ask for donations before taking my order. It's a busy breakfast time of day. The CEO must be making millions because he won't hire people for his "restaurants."

  They messed up the order. When I went inside to get it fixed the employees weee yelling and swearing at each other. They didn’t want help each other out. The customers were patient but noticeably uncomfortable. I don’t plan on going again to this one.
