  First of all , Help me Lord . Now , I went thru the drive thru for a medium coke . The atmosphere is fantastic because I'm in my car and it's beautiful out . I go to pay to use my gift up and pay the rest in cash . He mumbles I have to pay the cash first . That's stupid , use the gift card first so I know how much cash to give you ! He said he couldn't do it ...........I gave him a dollar he took the gift card gave me back the gift card with a dollar 2 cents on it . So he didn't even need my dollar . Just use up the gift card!! I wanted to get rid of it . Why did I even agree to give him the dollar first ??? Because I was thirsty and wanted to get it over with . And why are you sticking the swipe machine out the window ????? Is this a self serve drive thru ! Dag !!!! This store is always a negative 1 .Then when I moved up the girl gave me somebody else's food . I said "what is this ????" She said your fries and something else . I said I ordered a medium coke . An innocent mistake had it not been for the mumbler at the first window I wouldn't even be writing this . Bye.

  Just your standard Mc Donald's. Food is ready quickly, they'll even bring it to your table.

  Worst McDonald’s in Pittsburgh. So slow it’s painful and the customer service is horrendous.

  McD will only reach 3 stars with me. I don't expect much. If they can provide basic service, they get 3. Even if they provide excellent service, still a 3. Anything above that will require something extraordinary.
