I went with one of their chocolate chip flavors, and the difference is unreal. Instead of those tiny chips, you get these big, thick chunks of chocolate that actually snap when you bite into them. It’s easily some of the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time. What I really appreciate is that it feels authentic—like they haven’t cut corners or tried to mass-produce something that should be handcrafted.
