The service was quick and the burger was put together very neatly. I definitely recommend Five Guys for a very delicious burger and great atmosphere.

But when my pickup is for 11:10 right after opening, there’s no reason it cant be ready. I had to wait until 11:50 until my pickup up order was ready. There was no sense of being in a hurry or trying to make it right by the employees. Terrible.

It appears Five Guys has stopped giving large portions of fries with their orders, so if you are going there, be ready to get a small bag of fries with your order. This is meant to be their medium size. Fries are very expensive there, so very disappointed to get such a small portion of fries when they used to be known for large portions.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
