I’ve had to drive back more than once just to get what I originally paid for. The staff are rude and make it seem like a hasslewhen they make the mistake. It’s frustrating to have to double-check every bag before leaving. Definitely needs better quality control and attention to detail.

The front desk attendant was so spaced out that she couldn't remember what she did 30 seconds ago let alone who ordered what.

So we finally went inside, the kid behind the counter ignored us, then finally asked what he could get for us, he got cut off by the drive thru person to ring something in. No apologies, no service at all. They got our order wrong, we had to wait 10 minutes inside for our food. Again, no sorry or any type of apology. 25 minutes waiting on “fast food”. What a joke. Kids working were wiping down empty tables, restocking items that were full, no one was helping cook. Would never come to this location again.
