- PAPolly AnnaNov 13, 20251.0You know, I really wanted to give this Wendy's the benefit of the doubt. BUT LITERALLY every single time I come here it's a problem. They can't get the order correct. I don't know how you stay in business. I won't be spending my money here anymore, because if I have to drive BACK to the store to get the correct food, the rest of my food is cold. My advice would be to check your order THOROUGHLY EVERY TIME. I was a fairly regular customer too. It's a shame. I got burned one too many times, and they were completely unapologetic about it as well. Do better. People are spending their hard earned money on trash food already, at least give us what we ordered.

The French toast was burnt(I did refuse & had money returned for the French toast). The biscuit was good, as well as the lemonade. The server was polite, patient, and friendly. One server remained on their cell phone near the fryer almost the entire time. When they were done they laid the phone down near the fryer.

So happy I did. I’m sure he was probably the only one working with another when I arrived, a hour before close and had a decent order. He was so kind, so understanding and even made all fresh food and had correct amount of nuggets in my order. He needs to be a manager, team leader for all the Wendy’s. His service went above and beyond. I really am grateful for this employee. 10 out of 5 because of this guy.
