After waiting for five minutes, I called the store and they said “Oh, we weren’t listening to the headsets.” Unacceptable customer service. Not even an apology.

Which has nothing to do with me..when I seen at least 4 staff members. 0/10 HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!! The manager is a big black heavy set guy
