I order my food and 6:41pm tonight and I was waiting for hour for my food to get delivered but it never happened at all so I call the delivery and they cancelled my order for me because this is ridiculous how this restaurant is doing this to people, it not right at all I will never order her again

Leaving this review for my dear wife. Appalled at the fact they redacted the renowned sweet and sour sauce on the menu, for what… Wednesday Adam’s purple potion? Cmon Wendy I thought you were better than this. Sorry don’t know how to leave a review on Wendy’s corporate page (I’m 73 and have trouble using the worldwide web, LOL).

I stopped by for lunch in PGH Pa and it's was a bit busy today
Plus I needed to get too UPMC to visit with my mother so I had little time to assess the eating environment around me.
The Pop machine worked fine and the bathroom's was clean as well. The Fall decorations added a festive environment to the Wendy's. The chicken nuggets were still warm from being out of the oven.

I was sent to pick up food to my customer and they give me 4 different reasons. On the drive thru phone. One says they are out of stock, the other says they are close. I didnt believe that i want to the window and they were 2 ladies. One say they dont have them on the system the other says we dont make food after 11. I called my company support i let them what happened and the other day i got reports as picking up food but not conforming as picked up. This happens at. October,12,2025 at 12:20 am early morning.
