Now tonight I come thru the drive thru again and the same guy says to come in to place my order. Like what is the point of having a drive thru window?? It’s always something here, I have to wait for my order, pull over or whatever. Only reason why I come here because it’s Ithe closest one but definitely will NOT BE BACK! McDonald is right next door, taking my money over there SMH

I immediately wanted to turn around, but unfortunately was on a walk with a toddler and that wasn’t going to fly! So I proceeded against my better judgment. The chicken strips were hard? Didn’t seem fresh. Maybe the grease is old? Or like they had been reheated in the microwave? The fries also didn’t seem fresh at all. They weren’t hot! It was around 12:15pm on a Thursday. 3 cars in the drive thru and one other person in the dinning room?? Greasy floors. Dirty mats at both doors. I understand the snow is just melting, which creates a mess. But this was caked grease. The windows were greasy! I didn’t eat anything. Turned my stomach!

He asked me to rate my experience and I said 10/10 immediately. He said that made him proud! Love a worker that can hold a smile and has passion for their work. Somebody get this man a raise!!!

No apology. His manager fixed it and threw it on the counter dismissively. It was one sandwich. I work in service too. Don't go here and eat insult to injury.
