One of them drove off after a couple minutes so that should have been the first clue that something was up. I got to the speaker and ordered, then pulled to the window. The car ahead of us sat at the window for a good 15 minutes before they drove off. I sat for another 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. In all this time, at least 5 other cars drove up and left before getting to the window. I have been to this location before, and had never had such horrible service.

Orders are always messed up and smoothies are prepared wrong. Management needs to keep inventory stocked because this is annoying. We don't even want to come here anymore and this was our 3rd time. Got a refund for how low stocked and half the ingredients we got for our food and drinks. Please.
