  Worst Taco Bell in Pittsburgh. It took close to 45 minutes to get my food that I ordered in the store, and my friend who was with me who had a scheduled mobile order for 4:45pm didn't get his food until 5:30pm. The drip tray in the soda machine was overflowing. The sauces weren't fully stocked, and there were no straws. The bathroom was disgusting. Smelled badly of stale urine, and there was urine all over the floor around the urinal. Also, the spigot wasn't attached to the sink, so when you tried to turn the water on the spigot just spun around. I won't be coming back here again.

  Hello, I couldn't figure out how to share my experience at fox chapels taco bell location from yesterday. I saw online the quesaritos are back and those were always my favorite. I could not find them on the self ordering systems and asked for help. The guy behind the counter checked for me noticed the item was not listed. He was going to place my order behind the counter register but the manager on duty said he couldn't use that. The manager then further came around to double check the item was not there. He just said they must be running low on an item and that's why it's not viewable. But the cashier went the extra mile and used drive thru to place my order. I have mentioned that was the only reason I stopped in that day. It worked and I got my food. Was very appreciative of what he had done for me. The name on the receipt was Damion but I didn't catch his name. You don't see many fast food workers trying to fulfill people's needs like that anymore.

  Had a good experience in the past but this time it was terrible. One of our drinks had almost no syrup in it, just carbonated water. They also left out the two bags of chips we ordered. We had to go ask about our order to even get it since they didn’t put it in the pick up rack or call out for us. The soda machine and trash looked like it hadn’t been touched in days. It’s just carelessness.

  As another reviewer said, me and the group I was with were told that drive-through orders took priority so we would have to wait. Some of us waited over an hour. I thank the worker who was transparent with us about the extended wait times, but overall if we had realized *just* how long it would be, we wouldn't have showed up. Not to mention that when I and another member of my group asked about our orders over an hour into our wait, the woman found what we had ordered just sitting on their counter. I'm disappointed, both in how our food was handled (or the lack thereof) and the higher-ups who enforce the strict drive-through timing policy that leads to waits like these.

  Have been waiting 20 mins in the drive thru to order my food, thought about driving over the curb before I ordered to get out of the line because I was trapped. After I paid for my food I sat there for 10 mins then they came and asked me what I ordered and if I could give them my receipt back. Been waiting for another 15 mins and still no food. I realize they only have a few people working, which are very nice but this is out of control! At this point close the sit down section or the drive thru section. Stop taking orders if you can't even fulfill them... People are just standing around now without my food being done and 3 people behind me in line. Get it together Taco Bell
