The late night crew will flat out ignore drivers, play games like pretending the drive thru is down, and asking you to come in while the lobby is locked. Some kid with a hearing problem running the shift, and girls who think its funny to waste paying customers, Dashers, Eats Drivers, and GrubHub drivers time by pretending it takes 20 minutes to make 3 tacos from pre-cooked ingredients

Orders backed up for 15-20 minutes while patrons aggregated before the counter wondering what was going on (see photo). The food is decent. My nachos were put into the bag sideways which made quite a mess (see photo). My first and last time at this Taco Bell.
