- CCchrysanthemum5 days ago2.0soo hit or miss at this location. most of the time they don’t have baja blast (which what’s the point of even going to taco bell if they don’t have baja) and sometimes they only have like two pop flavors available! they’re almost always super nice, especially the day shift, but sometimes i’ve been handed my mobile order through the drive through without a word being said to me. service can be exceptionally slow here as well and so many times i’ve asked for no tomatoes or no lettuce and gotten it :/

Pulled around to the window and worker lady copped an attitude and said they were really busy and we needed to wait at the speaker. Told her we had a mobile order and she said they were swamped inside. Made us wait 20 more minutes before We cancelled our order pulled around to see inside and there was only like 8/10 ppl inside. Do better . IF UR SHORT STAFFED, THEN CLOSE MOBILE ORDERS, AND THE LOBBY. MAKE IT DRIVETHRU. rediculous.

They hold your order behind the back and you have to wait till someone acknowledges you at the front desk to get your food, but they’re are really bad about just letting people stand there staring at them behind the desk. This happened on multiple occasions in a row and not just a one off thing
