  Smallest portions I have ever seen from a taco bell. Ordered 20$ worth of food, they skimped out majorly on the beef, chicken, even the guac from my meal was only a tiny spoons worth.

  Everytime you try to go after 10 pm they are empty but tell you its a 20 minute wait before you even order when there are no cars and not one person inside. Leads you to wonder what they are doing.Instead of cooking and preparing for their shift. Happens almost daily. Someone needs to find out what they are doing. That is preventing them from selling any food. Completely absurd

  If I could give this place zero stars I would , comming home from a long day of traveling at the local Pittsburgh international airport , wanting some food for dinner to bring home late at night ! We said oh great here's tacobell it's open till 1:00AM showed up at 12:10 ish and the women working the drive through as soon as we said 10 cheese roll ups told me she was closing in an hour and wasn't making our order , now the 10 cheese roll ups where just for our pets when we got home , but she wouldn't even entertain the rest of our order . I'll more then likely be complaining to corporate about this .. open for an hour doesn't mean you get to stop serving whenever you choose what is it exactly your getting paid for , she should be fired

  Lawsuit waiting to happen. Visited on January 3rd and I am genuinely shocked this location is operating like this. Not because Taco Bell is supposed to be fine dining, but because basic safety and sanitation are the floor, not a bonus feature. First problem: the outside. There was no meaningful attempt to shovel the sidewalks around the building or plow the drive area. I nearly slipped three times just trying to enter and leave. That is not “winter in Pittsburgh” or “it happens.” That is negligence. Someone is going to fall, get hurt, and the video will tell the whole story. Second problem: the inside. The dining room looked like it had been ignored for hours. Dirty floors, dirty tables, filthy bathroom, and an absolutely disgusting drink station. The drink area was so grimy it made me want to walk out, but I had already started ordering. If your soda station makes customers question their life choices, something is deeply wrong. Third problem: the atmosphere. While waiting, I could clearly hear employees in the back having a loud, profanity filled conversation that had nothing to do with work. Customers should not have to listen to that while they eat. Fourth problem: the ordering experience. I appreciate having self service kiosks, but these were painfully slow and buggy. After about 10 minutes, my order failed with a tax error message saying the system could not calculate tax, then it cancelled the order. I tried again and it went through, but the whole process was frustrating. On top of that, the touchscreen was visibly dirty and greasy. If you are going to push customers to touch a screen, it should not look and feel unsanitary. The only positive was speed. With only two other customers in the store, the food came out quickly. Unfortunately, the food itself was the final straw. I ordered a chalupa combo and it was basically a pile of old lettuce and mushy tomatoes. I took two bites and could not finish it. I packed up and left, and only took it home because we spent $30 on two combo meals. Taco Bell corporate and the franchise owner should be embarrassed. This location is not just “a little messy.” It is unsafe outside, unclean inside, and careless in execution. This is what happens when standards are not enforced and leadership stops paying attention. I would like a refund, but I would rather lick salt off a boot than return to this store.
