- VBVic BrownDec 3, 20251.0I’ve been a loyal subway customer for 30 plus years always leave tips I enjoy the food and service but lately the last two times I come after 8am when it says their open at 8 and the worker who opens the door doesn’t unlock the door after 10 to 15 mins after 8 but continuously watching me until I leave to unlock the door and I’m feeling like he doesn’t want to service African Americans the door is open for other races on time which I have witnessed on many occasions so my wife calls in about the issue and asked to speak to a manager he says he’s the manager so she ask for the information to speak with someone over him and he was very rude and got smart and hang up on her I won’t continue to spend my money there no longer I will be going to another location from now on completely unacceptable and very disrespectful
