- JJJJNov 4, 20251.0Requested extra olives and banana peppers on my pickup order, its in all caps. I opened it and found less. I went back, the manager gave me attitude on how subway has a rule where they can give minimal amount like 6 olives, 4 banana peppers, etc on some list. How theres no way they can charge customers for extra veggies they select so they must give the minimal amount on the app. I will not be going to this location again, this has never happened to me before, L subway. Go to any other location. Super rude and unproffesionial. He made sure to tell me this is how it is from now on and to follow protocol (Update: I did my research, what he showed me what the formula to make a sandwich, theres no limit on amount of veggies and you can request 3x formula. The manager is a liar and needs to follow corporate rules instead of making up a rule )

Most if not all of the seats were roped off to prevent anyone from sitting down. Imagine going out of your way to go to this Subway with the intent of eating your food while it is still hot and fresh, only to find out you can't. All seating should be available for however long you are open.
