- JJJakeOct 7, 20251.0Bad ownership. They don’t accept coupons anymore! With everywhere costing so much these days, coupons help make it actually affordable. Not sure of the reasoning, can only assume it’s due to greed from owners. Employees are generally very nice though!

I was placing 2 orders for 2 different families and was using the subway coupons. Owner got seriously mad and was very loud and unprofessional with other customers in the restaurant. She was Very unprofessional. I canceled my order and left. Very poor customer service especially by an Owner. Should be zero star.

Asked when I got there to make sure and they said they did. Definitely got lied to. I'm more upset about being told you did something when you clearly didn't.
