At one point while we were sitting down, it smelled of cigarettes like someone just lit one up. On top of all that, my kid puked an hour after we got home and all through the night!! So needless to say we will never eat Pizza Hut again.

Do you guys not have any cheese? @pizzahut is a corporation and they have set standards for amounts of ingredients per item to keep it the same throughout its locations. The last 3 times, I have ordered the same thing. Breadsticks and a pan cheese pizza. Breadsticks are always ok not great, cheese pizza has maybe a sprinkle of cheese on it, and they want 3$ fo EXTRA CHEESE?! What the hell is extra cheese if you don’t give any cheese at all. There is a term for shaving ingredient amounts in order to improve profits through cost cutting….. FRAUD. Also, I’m pretty sure they make a bunch of pan cheese pizzas in a row just in case because my pan pizza they said “just came out of the oven” was not hot. It wasn’t cold but it wasn’t even warm. I picked it up 15 minutes after I ordered it, ate it as soon as I got home, and I live less than a mile away.
