No staff, no one answering the door, and no one picking up the phone. I called at least seven times and waited over 30 minutes with no answer. The restaurant was marked as open, and the website let me place and pay for my order, but I never got my food or even got in touch with anyone to try to get a refund. I even called another Patron location in Wexford to see if they could help, but the person who answered hung up on me. When I called back, nobody picked up. I went back today, October 14th, hoping to talk to someone in person or at least get a phone call returned, but once again the place was empty and no one answered. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed and angry. I never got my food, never got a refund, and couldn’t reach anyone to fix it. I would not recommend this restaurant or any of their locations to anyone. Terrible experience from start to finish.

I called no one answered, I called the location in Wexford and they hung up on me. I returned today to see if I could get my food or refund and again the door was locked with someone in there. I just want a refund at this point. I’m extremely upset that online they are still advertising being open and accepting orders.
