One order, my sandwich has no onions, too few, or too many onions. Customization means nothing! Want Kalamata Olives on your salad, out of luck, totally forgot to put them on. Want a baguette, nope, it's 5:30pm on a random Wednesday, they're out. Want a bag of chips, nope, they mistakenly put an apple. It's called QUALITY CONTROL! Frustrating but it's the only local Panera.
