She was all by herself. Doing everything hand cutting Bagels because the machine was broken and dealing with all the customers. It's sad that she is the only one working. My poor experience cannot be blamed on her though. 10:00 in the morning and Panera Bread has no Bagels other than cheese. How do we not have Bagels at Panera Bread. No cinnamon crunch no plain no everything bagel nothing. Shame on you how do you guys even stay in business with this many bad reviews. After my horrible experience I looked at the reviews and this is commonplace here. The restaurant is unappealing they don't have enough people working and there's no product. Should just be shut down I remember the route 8 location was good hopefully it still is I will check that out next. Shame on you Panera do better

It's the only Panera where I can do a kiosk order for a beverage and someone calls out my name and hands me my cup in 30 seconds or less. Usually they're on it very quickly and have their coffee station fully stocked most of the time. Many other places will take 5-10 minutes to hand you an empty cup, if they even do at all. The managers and staff seem to be hard working and more organized than at other Panera locations.
