It's the only Panera where I can do a kiosk order for a beverage and someone calls out my name and hands me my cup in 30 seconds or less. Usually they're on it very quickly and have their coffee station fully stocked most of the time. Many other places will take 5-10 minutes to hand you an empty cup, if they even do at all. The managers and staff seem to be hard working and more organized than at other Panera locations.

Once I ordered the cashier didn’t know how to complete the order on her machine so I could process payment. Unreal.

No one ever even came for me to pay, one worker kept coming to the window and looking at us but not opening it or saying anything to us. We ended up just leaving without our food.
