Whomever the food prep employees are, she is always nice and always apologizes for the long wait. When there is only 1 person doing orders of course the order will be later. It's not her fault but rather management. Sorry but I have to be done with this Panera. It is worth the drive to South Park for Bruegger's Bagels.
