This didn't just happen once but at least over the last 6 months. The bagel breakfast sandwiches used to be really good now they taste like they are soaked in butter. The cashier is always helpful. Whomever the food prep employees are, she is always nice and always apologizes for the long wait. When there is only 1 person doing orders of course the order will be later. It's not her fault but rather management. Sorry but I have to be done with this Panera. It is worth the drive to South Park for Bruegger's Bagels.
