In the last 6-9 months, our work has ordered breakfast/lunch at least 4 times, and not once have we gotten everything in the order. Once they left bread bowls out for 2 people, there's almost never the right amount of chips/bread, modifications get mixed up, drinks get left out. I get that food service is hard, but the mistakes are more consistent than the accuracy. I hope they figure out a better system to manage large orders.
