There is one manager who is fantastic always upbeat and friendly she is thin and has brown hair n glasses..I got a bad memory so can't remember her name atm. The is also one who seems to has something against us for reasons unbeknownst to anyone but her lol but we love the coffee bagels are great and our pup loves it

Has really gone down hill. Entire experience down hill. Ordered take out tonight, looked at receipt on bag didn’t check in bag (we had just saw a mouse run into the kitchen) grabbed the bag and ran out after telling employee about the mouse. She said nothing. Seemed unphased. We got home and we were missing half our order. I called to tell them and mentioned I was the girl who just saw the mouse. She said she would check with her manager about a refund. I was on hold for one minute and they hung up on me right as it turned 8PM closing time.
The ice tea never tastes fresh, container always looks gross like it’s never washed and smells bad. I’ve stopped trying it.
I tried to order Uber eats recently and my breakfast sandwich bread was moldy. I am not going back to this location.

My husband and I used a gift card to pay for our meal. Before we received our food, we saw a mouse scurry across the floor. We could not get a refund.

They are easy to get along with but sometimes I have had to call corporation office of the business because a few times they have messed up and would not fix it or tried telling me that I did not pay for something when I did. So yes they can be friendly and helpful but you sometimes have to pay attention to the receipt
