A staff saw me to try to use water to clean the table and looked me liked a wired person. I explained to him but he didn't bother to clean any table. The first outlet I tried didn't work. A homeless person was sitting there. No management no maintenance. The worst panera I have ever visited. I give 2 star because of the free parking space

Ordered on the kiosk and it said to go to the counter and ask for cups so when I went to do that she interrupted me before I could even ask and told me to go to the other counter, I’m assuming she thought I was gonna ask where to get the food? But like maybe let your costumers ask before yelling maybe? We waited for our food and sure enough there wasn’t a cup with it so we asked a different girl if we could have a cup, she gave us the nastiest look and read the receipt then went “fine” and gave it to us like wow. I’m definitely not coming back during the evening shift
