I used the kiosk to order, not one staff member acknowledged me while waiting for my food. Behind the counter the staff talked away, one of them pointing out she knows all the “short cuts”. I can’t help but wonder if the short cuts are what made my family so sick. Will never return.

I settled for pick two- a cup of chicken and wild rice soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. The soup was extremely thick and lukewarm- and only half of the cup. The sandwich was not grilled- it was warm bread. My tea was good. But, when I went to get more hot water at 8:40 they had already removed the hot drinks. I was extremely dissatisfied and sorry I had been asked for a tip when I paid. If it had been after my experience I would not have given one.
