I stood there and waited for over 20 minutes for my food (I know how long because my Apple Pay is time stamped) I wouldn’t be so annoyed if I didn’t sit there and watch the two associates on the line clean and do their closing duties and not work on the food orders on the screen. One of the girls asked me what my name was and I thought that meant she was working on my order, but then later the manager came over to tell the girls to start working on the orders that were on the screen instead of cleaning. I watched the associate THEN start to make my sandwiches at that time - after she had already checked my name and I had been standing there for over 10 minutes at that point. The cafe wasn’t busy, I would be more understanding if it were. Overall just annoyed at the entire experience at this location, they clearly just wanted to close for the night.
