Although we had a reservation, we sat in the waiting area for several minutes before anyone even welcomed us. We were then asked to wait until a table was cleaned. It was only 1/3 filled at 1 PM so, i didn’t understand why they were not prepared for a party with a reservation.
We were taken to a table directly underneath a blower. My husband had coffee. I had hot water with lemon. Within moments, everything was cold because the blower was forceful and uncomfortable, so much so that I had to keep my wrap on the entire meal and my husband had to keep his neck scarf on. We asked our waitress if the air could be turned down. She replied it was part of the central air (as though we didn’t know), and it could not be lowered. We knew that was false. We were uncomfortable the entire meal. We had been offered a booth prior to the table option but it was not conducive as we had a baby and toddler and would have been cramped. We felt as though we were being punished for not accepting the first option.
At any rate, the food was average. It was not memorable or outstanding in any way.
Our server was sarcastic and made a reference to my husband that was uncomplimentary.
Our party consisted of two pastors who had just finished a Sunday assignment. One had driven about 100 miles. We just wanted a relaxing environment and a good seafood meal. We got neither.

We went for Valentine's Day hoping to get some seafood, in particular the crab legs. Our oyster appetizer was good with large sized oysters, but came out with crackers still in a plastic wrapper and pieces of shell were found in 2 of the 6 oysters. Our bread was late because they ran out, but it came out after our two separate rounds of appetizers. I ordered lobster bisque (appetizer #2) which only had 3 small chunks of lobster and was incredibly salty after a couple of bites. We tried to order crab legs, but they were out, which was a shame as that was one of the main reasons we chose this restaurant. For entrees we ordered the market trio and shanghai sampler. We swapped salmon to get scallops on the market trio, which was a fine concession given the missing crab legs, but when it came out the scallops had no sear and no flavor. Neither did the shrimp. For the shanghai sampler everything was completely bland and flavorless, even when it was drenched in the ponzu. Everything was got was steamed and flavorless to the point neither of us finished our meal. We declined dessert and looked for another restaurant to hopefully end the night with less disappointment. The server was friendly.

Went here for Valentine’s Day, and our entrees were really bad. Our shrimp, salmon, and scallops were all steamed with zero seasoning. Like I cannot express how flavorless they were. They also ran out of crab legs which is what I really wanted to order. The oyster appetizer was very good, I’ll give them that. The money we paid for the food we got was not worth it. Really disappointing experience overall.

Can’t really evaluate, went to restaurant today about 1:45, was seated, sat for 25 minutes, had no contact except for server assistant who poured water, and said server will be with us shortly, after 25 minutes we got up, informed hostess, and went to Bravo’s

I was there for a birthday party on Dec 26 th for lunch. The server asked if I wanted something to drink. I requested a Diet Coke. After waiting a bit, he gave me my drink. I had several sips and thought this drink tastes terrible. I thought it was me, but I let my friend take a sip and she spit it out saying there was something wrong with it. After waiting a bit for I told server and he took it back. Upon return, he gave me another Diet Coke and explained that he got this one from the other end of the bar. This time it still had somewhat of a funny taste, but not nearly as bad. Lu ch arrived and it was pretty good. About an hour later, I started to feel sick. Once I got home I was very ill. I thought it was a flu, but it lasted for weeks. I really feel I got sick from the contaminated ice from the bar. A flu doesn’t last that long, but bacteria from ice does.I clear
Y got sick from that drink. It was a terrible experience. It’s a shame because I like that restaurant.
