This was placed at 8:30 pm. When we arrived at 8:50 there were 3 employees sitting in the parking lot on a curb smoking and vaping. They told me they were closed and didn’t offer and explanation. The door was propped open and they went back inside. It seems they just decided that they didn’t want to work anymore and decided to close on their own. The franchisee should be embarrassed and loose their franchise if they is how they run their business and this is the quality of people they hire.

I understand things happen, and it could have been a bad or busy day. That was the 1st (and unfortunately last) time we will go there. We had to backtrack to get to that place compared to going home, so the McDonald's app had us go there. Now I know not to order when I'm at Ross Park Mall, because it might make me go to that one by mistake...
