Lazy employees who can't read/speak English fully and have no concept of "fast food". Then when you take the incorrect part of your order up to the register to be corrected, they give you attitude. It's their fault why the orders aren't correct. One employee even had the audacity to go out and vape while they had a full serve in the dining room and dtuve thru.

They not only got my order right the customer service was still perfect despite the business. The person who served me was very friendly and I let him know how appreciative I was for them and they were doing a great job. So thank you McDonald's for making my experience extra nice on a busy Sunday.

Today was the worst I put in an app order at 3:48, got there at 4:07, saw that my sweet tea was on the counter. I let my kids play for a bit and then checked on it at 4:17, they didn't have it. Even though it was confirmed in my app and email. The entire back Play Place floor is covered in a sticky grimy layer, who knows what the inside of the actual play place looks like. Theres seems to be only one worker that you can communicate with, and though he is nice he seems overwhelmed. It looked like they had several people on staff in the back and I understand that with all the doordash, online orders, Drive through, and in store orders that they must be very busy. So I don't want it to seem like it's their fault but corporate needs to be hiring more people and paying them more.
