I finally paid at the second window and got the whole “can you please pull into Lane 1 and we’ll bring your food out”. Sat there another 15 minutes before getting fed up and leaving. Basically paid them almost $20 dollar to waste almost a half hour of my life.

They have the soda fountain shut off so you can’t refill your drink. No napkin dispensers. No ketchup available unless you ask. Only gave one straw for 3 drinks. Also dirty rags all over the place at the pickup counter where they place customers food. GROSS! See attached photos. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter to give a glass of water. This location obviously does not want customers eating in store. I couldn’t take off my winter coat and even with that on I was shivering. Sat at the table furthest from the windows and cold air was blasting out the vents. This is not a welcoming environment for customers, at all. Do better.

The lady on the frys had her down and the man with the long hair I'm assuming a manger, touched his hair and played with it then proceeded to touch our food. He also didn't have gloves on.

Meanwhile there’s about 5-7 teenagers who are running around the restaurant saying I forgot to grab some food while eating in the kitchen, not helping her at all (these are all employees mind you) She was about to start crying and that is a complete disgrace towards this establishment. Try harder.
