- BSB S5 days ago2.0I place a mobile order to be picked up in via drive through. I made my way, shared my code, and then pulled up to the window. At the first window, I got my receipt. The worker at the second window gave me my drinks and asked me to pull up to a pickup spot while they finished my order. Ten minutes went by. Then twenty. Then twenty five. And I finally walked in. It took another 5 minutes to get someone’s attention to let them know what was going on. To their credit, the people I spoke with were shocked and got my order expedited. Still, it took another 10 minutes to get part of my order. Then I had to get their attention again to tell them I was still missing the other part of my order. Overall, just a really really rough experience.

Garbage food and garbage staff. 2.5-3 minute window time at drive thru. 20-25 car capacity. 1-1.5 hour normal wait time in drive thru. There is never a time when they’re not busy. Overlapping incompetence with work staff, management, and regional directors. Only game in town too so who cares if you don’t get what you want when you want it.
