  I got no food. The place does not have enough people to function. The people that were working, there were just taking out trash or not helping customers.

  Awful...takes forever and stuff is undercooked even the fries...other locales in the city are still good at fast food not this place

  This location has become the slowest in the whole area based on my experience. And the most amount of times they've gotten my order wrong. I only have a half hour meal break and the drive thru line seems to move at a snails pace during 9pm. So, by the time I finally get my food, I only have maybe 10 minutes to choke down my food before I have to be back at my workplace. On top of that, there's a very high chance that something in my order will be wrong. Most frequently it is that when I order a Coke, I'm given some other soda. Often a Diet Coke, which I can't stand the taste of. But, I don't have any time to turn around and get my order fixed because of my limited meal break time. And contacting corporate is met with silence or excuses. I guess I'll be finding somewhere else to eat for my only meal break of the day.

  I go to McDonald's for the first time in years, just to get reminded one of several reasons why I stopped when I get home and before taking a bite of what was supposed to he a big mac and realize there’s 2 pieces of bread with absolutely nothing between them. Lesson re-learned

  Worst McDonald's!! They can't take orders or make a sandwich...Plus they are extremely rude! I tried to place a drive thru order. Placed my order after being greated. No response, then i hear the person on the aternate speaker asking about my order. Then they come back to my speaker. However they only got 1 sandwich out of a 3 item order.. So I was patient because this person might be new.. After repeating myself the 4th time and they still got it wrong. They got rude with me like it was my fault they can't take an easy order... literally 2 quarter pounder meals and a 4 piece.... I drove off and will go elsewhere in the future. I hope they close this place and make it a parking lot... it would serve the community better....
